The aim of the Business Crime Reduction Centre (BCRC) is to reduce crime by providing businesses in the North East of England with advice, guidance, signposting and support.

A recent survey showed that 94% of all businesses in the North East experienced crime over a 12 months period with 62% being repeat victims. For every crime reported up to 10 crimes went unreported.

The BCRC website allows businesses to raise problems they have experienced through incident report forms and online questionnaires. The site also provides access to helpful guidance.
