WELCOME to the website of the Northumbria Coalition Against Crime.

The Coalition is an independent registered charity which seeks to reduce crime and fear of crime and so improve the quality of life for those living and working in the North East of England through a working partnership between community, public, private and voluntary sectors.

Our work is divided into TWO main areas. Our YOUTH PROGRAMMES, which work towards long-term sustainable change of attitudes and behaviour, and the NORTH EAST RETAIL CRIME PARTNERSHIP (NERCP), which works to deter persistent, professional shop thieves by intelligence led policing.
